Founded and led by Steve Eastwood, Bayside Therapy Group has more than 25 years of experience in remedial massage, myotherapy, sports massage and specialised hands on treatment. From our Cheltenham clinic, opposite DFO Moorabbin, we support clients from across Melbourne’s south east.

Our Story

Bayside Therapy Group was created to offer treatment that is experienced, practical and genuinely tailored to the individual.

Steve Eastwood has spent more than 25 years working with people from all walks of life, from elite athletes, coaches and trainers to clients managing everyday aches, long term pain, injury recovery and reduced mobility.

Over that time, the clinic has built a strong reputation through word of mouth, trusted referrals and consistent results.

Our Approach

No two bodies are the same, and no two people experience pain or injury in exactly the same way.

Our therapists take the time to understand your symptoms, lifestyle, work, training demands and goals before beginning treatment.

Rather than following a standard routine, we tailor each appointment to the individual. This may include remedial massage, myotherapy, sports massage, dry needling, assisted stretching, pregnancy massage or lymphatic drainage massage, depending on what is most appropriate.

Our focus is not only on where you feel pain, but also on what may be contributing to it.
